This Privacy Policy explains how SJLE Holdings, Inc., a California corporation doing business as D4rence and The D4rence Agency ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, purchase or use ContentOS, participate in our community, or otherwise interact with our products and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.

Quick summary. We collect the information you give us (such as your name, email, billing details, and the persona and content inputs you submit), plus some information collected automatically when you use the Services. We use it to deliver ContentOS, process payments, communicate with you, and improve what we offer. We do not sell your personal information for money. The content you submit is processed through third-party content-generation tools to produce your drafts.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us.

Account and registration information, such as your name, email address, username, and password.
Billing and transaction information, such as your billing name, the membership tier you purchase, and transaction history. Card numbers are collected and processed by our payment processor, not stored by us.
Persona and content inputs, meaning the brand details, persona information, prompts, files, and other materials you submit so the System can generate content for you.
Community and profile information, such as posts, comments, and any details you choose to share in the ContentOS community.
Form and waitlist information, such as responses to our intake, results-capture, or waitlist forms.
Communications, such as the contents of emails and support requests you send to us.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect usage and device information, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your activity, including through cookies and similar technologies described below.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from our platform, payment, analytics, and advertising providers, such as confirmation of a payment or aggregated information about how visitors find and use the Services.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, keep you logged in, measure performance, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Services function.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-standard response to DNT signals, our Services do not currently respond to them. We do honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law, as described in the California section below.

Third-party tracking. Third parties such as our analytics and advertising providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Services. We do not control these third parties' tracking practices.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including generating your content through the System;
process payments, manage your subscription, and apply benefits such as the Founding Member rate-lock;
communicate with you about your account, transactions, onboarding, and support;
send you marketing and educational emails you have opted to receive, from which you can unsubscribe at any time;
operate and moderate the community;
measure, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Services; and
comply with law and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

4. How the System Processes Your Content

ContentOS generates content using automated, software-driven tools (the System). When you submit persona details, prompts, or other content inputs, those inputs are transmitted to and processed by third-party content-generation and workflow providers in order to produce your drafts and other output. We use your inputs and output to provide and improve the Services for you.

We do not sell your content inputs, and we do not use them to build or train a competing product. Our content-generation providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices, which govern how they handle data sent to their tools, including any retention or model-training practices. We encourage you to review those providers' terms. You remain responsible for the inputs you submit and for confirming you have the right to use any content you generate, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below:

Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us run the Services, including our course, community, and checkout platform; our payment processor; our email and communications providers; our content-generation and workflow tools; and our analytics and advertising providers. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our members, the public, or us.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With your direction or consent. We share information at your direction or with your consent, including content you choose to post publicly in the community.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, and afterward as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and enforce our agreements. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your inputs and output.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

8. Your Choices

Email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. We may still send you transactional or account messages.
Cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Account information. You can review and update your account information in your account settings or by contacting us.

9. Your California Privacy Rights

Access and changes. California residents may review and request changes to the personal information held in their account through their account settings or by emailing us at the address below.

CCPA rights, where applicable. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to us, California residents may have the right to: know and access the personal information we collect; request correction of inaccurate personal information; request deletion of personal information; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Sale and sharing. We do not sell your personal information for money. If we use advertising or analytics technologies that qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under California law, we will disclose this and honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, where required.

How to exercise your rights. To make a request, email support@d4rence.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen (18) years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and tools that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Users Outside California

We operate the Services from the United States. If you access the Services from outside California or the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States under this Policy and applicable U.S. law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Policy here with a new effective date, and, where the changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate, such as by email or a notice within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
